Local heroJON WALLACE of Panorama City tops our local hero list his week after risking life and limb to save a would-be dog on the 118 freeway. He was laying bet ween the second and third lane, says Wallace. I didnt think twice. I stopped right there, got out, and grabbed him. As it turned out, the dog was just a pair of pants, but kudos to Jon anyway. - TEBeauty of the month Pam Levin, originally from Philadelphia, then the Big Apple, is now a full-fledged L.A. resident.
