What's big, bad, beautiful, ultra feminine and totally stylin' are NoHo's nwcomer Tuesday Conner's Shrugs! In her newly opened boutique/studio, she is featuring her desin with matching hats and purses, made out of beaded fabric, sheer laces, and faux furs. They have been featured on the Jenny Jones Show, Rosanne, and O Drama.

                        The shrug is kind of like a tube of fabric that is not sewn together as a tube in the middle. Your arms go through the end ÒtubeÓ parts, and the flat part filts over your back. It is so simple, yet I have never seen one anywhere, any place in the world. Where did you get the idea to make these, I asked. Tuesday says that a few years ago, her friend and talk show host Kim Whitley asked her to make something to cover her arms, and a hat, too. What she made became so popular that everyone is wearing them, little girls, grandmas, and performers. You can wear it like a shawl or wrap it around your head, too.

                        Tuesday is no newcomer to design. Growing up sewing and making patterns on her mamma's knee,  she studied at the Fashion Insitute in NY, worked there also for big couture houses there.  Dottie Peoples and Buddy Lewis have made big hits on stage wearing Tuesday's designs. Her designs, jewelry too, were featured in the DADA (Downtown Artist District Assc.) show 2 years ago.

                        When I asked what women are looking for these days, Tuesday says they want that little black dress thaat looks great.

The Jaguar S-Type

The Jaguar S-Type combines elegance with power in a design that pays tribute to its undeniable classical heritage.

Depending which one you choose, you can drive off with such amenities as one-touch electric tilt and slide glass moon roof, 3 channel garage door opener, memory door mirrors and driver?s seat, power controlled lumber support, computer active technology suspension, perforated leather-trimmed sport seats, dynamic stability control, heated front seats, rain-sensing wipers cellular phone, voice-activated controls and a personalized remote memory activation feature.

                        Individual options include an integrated navigation system and a premium 175-watt sound system with 8 speakers and a 6-disc CD auto changer mounted in the trunk.

                        For safety and security you are provided with an anti-theft engine immobilizer, automatic drive-away locking feature, driver and front passenger airbags, vehicle security system with remote entry, rear door child-safety locks and driver and front passenger side airbags and lots more.

                        On the exterior of the car you will find such conveniences as automatic on/off headlamps with variable time delay, front and rear fog lamps and reverse park control to help you avoid bumpimg into anything while in reverse.

                        The S-Type seats up to 5 average adults quiet nicely and most people should have no problem relaxing in the posh leather trim. Grace, style and muscle all delicately put together to give you a ride that should thrill you as well as give you the sense of sheer pleasure whether driving in the city or on the freeways.
